If the dictator of NK is sober at all, he is planning on the implications of SARS.
NK is very vulnerable to SARS.
And if I was cynical, I would think that the CIA would seek to make sure SARS shows up there big time.
SARS seems to be most lethal where health care is weakest.
NK has the weakest in that part of the world.
