Perhaps now that he's seen that the U.S. wasn't screwing around with Iraq, Kim Jong Il could be up for an Emily Litella Award, himself?

I'd love to see a political cartoon of Saddam lying knocked out cold, with Uncle Sam pushing his sleeve up and turning around to a caricature of Krazy Kim, with a caption that reads...

"You were saying?"
