Bad News?
I'm seeing reports now that Iraqi television has aired another tape of Saddam. For the first time since the war began, Saddam comments on events that have happend within the last week or so. Apparently he's heard referring to a peasant farmer who, Iraq claims, shot down a U.S. drone within the last four days.
No one has a link to the story yet, but if this is true, it may be just the boost in morale that Iraqi soldiers need to carry out orders to launch chem. or bio. weapons on our troops near Baghdad.
Let's hope that's not what's in store for tonight.
