The sticky, sparky sky over Iraq is wall-to-wall coalition eyeballs. Drones, observation planes, and God knows what else are watching the streets of Baghdad for tanks, troops, or whatever.
The idea that Saddam could wander around under the open sky in broad daylight is a laugh. If he actually did that, there would be a Hellfire down his shorts in about four minutes.
