Then there will probably be two separate governments in Iraq...Divided along some parallel...Lets say the 33rd Parallel...with a big de-militarized zone in the middle...Maybe the Kurds could control the north. The Shiites could control the south...The borders with Turkey could now be shown on maps as disputed...Dashed border lines instead of solid border lines, thus giving the UN even more say in the future decisions in the region...And Kirkuk...Well that could be a non-congruent part of that disputed border region...Imagine the blue hats all over the place...The oil could be taxed to pay for the UN administration...Heck, direct flights between New York and Baghdad would be needed to handle all the UN do gooders needed to mishandle the situation.

Yeah baby...The UN would set up a great governmental situation in Iraq.
