I think we are finding too much in the way of weapons and ammo for this to be a very likely option, but we need ot be very concious of just how much assistance and time the Iraqis have had to do something clever.
But the evidence so far is pretty clear that whatever chances they have had to be clever, they have in fact wasted those chances.
