Why can't they just shoot them with yellow oil-based paint balls
Something that wouldn't wash out with just water...
Or maybe they could make paint balls that disperse the smell of a dead skunk on impact.
Then we would all know who was hit so we could laugh at them and ostracize them.
Of course that would probably smell better than the average anti-war protester.
