We have so many assets with cruise missiles around the globe... What does ICBM conventional bombs give us that cruise missiles don't? Maybe +/- 50min?

Last I checked, all our subs could launch cruise missiles and most of our surface ships. Plus, wherever there are B-51's, there is the capability to launch cruise missiles... I don't know about B1's and B2's....
