...in the context of this thread, is that Bush and Rummy haven't promised eternal paradise to anyone who kills Islamists.
My point was that Mary Anne had oversimplified the issue (Hey, I used "Mary Anne" and "oversimplified" in the same sentence!!).
Granted, I don't know any Islamists, but I strongly doubt that their motivation is entirely religious, otherwise their leaders would have happily taken up the frontline offensive themselves, and gone on to their greater glory.
