What about free healthcare and a guaranteed minimum wage?
How will Afganistan operate without a Family and Medical leave act? Medicare program for disabled workers? How about Workmans Compensation Insurance...What happens if they get injured on the job??? Or what about Unemployment Insurance?
We obviously are setting them up to be victimized by employers...
We haven't even set up an OSHA standards board to protect the workers against management abuse.
I think were putting the cart before the horse by giving them job training...
