I could see it now, billions of US dollars for the rebuilding of IRAQ, with the debt being paid down by IRAQI oil wells. Hey, how about a CCC( civillian conservation corps) a la FDR, where the Iraqi able bodied workers would get a few bucks a month for their work in their rebuilding of their country and homeland self-esteem?
