And now Sadam is dead...So is the contract...What are they gonna do? Sue the new Iraqi government for specific performance in the World court?

Besides, any such contracts with the old Iraqi government were already in violation of international law (there were trade restrictions imposed on Iraq) So those contracts are automatically voided and unenforceable.

France, Germany, and Russia lose.
