I believe the government is almost completely liquidated. As for the corporations, if they were off-shore (off-shore to Iraq, that is), they would still be valid. If the corporation is in-country Iraq -- and has not been HUGE on the government kick-back list -- they may still be valid.

It'll be interesting to watch,
