No US law existed at the time for the prosecution of terrorists committing crimes against Americans overseas. Also, he was convicted by an Italian court.

This guy is a terrorist and a murderer, no matter if he says he's sorry now or not. That doesn't erase the murder of Leon Klinghoffer.

The US should send him to the endless summer camp for terrorists in Cuba...and tell the corrupt Palestinian Authority to shut the hell up and worry about reforming itself.
