Why not ask the Israelis why they didn't nab him on one of his many Israeli sanctioned trips to Gaza? Fact is, this guy has never been particularly hard to find or catch. He just managed to avoid extradition to Italy. This guy is not exactly Al Qaeda - he hasn't been involved in terrorism for 17 years. He's an old has-been. His "dramatic" arrest is pure propaganda.
