Re: Uhn-American

Hi Tom,

I had just wanted to make a comment without discussion or even attempt to back up my opinion. I am not that well versed on the history of other countries or their governments.
Look at North Korea, it's crazy leader and all his people. Do we have a right to depose him?
All governments eventually roll over or their leaders die off.
Do dictators deserve to die or rule their country?
Countries are like paintings.......each has it's individual canvas and colors.
Who are we to say it's wrong.......it's all in the eye of the beholder.

>"international law....written by who?"

Well, obviously you see no need to have objecting voices to what we do.
In your eyes, we need no guidelines, or input nor should we acquiesce to anyone.
And our head of the human rights committee was shielding dictators responsible for the most despicable of crimes in South American countries to "protect" our interests.
We can look the other way when it profits us, and we can get on our moral soapboax when it profits us.
Hypocrisy here.

>America has enriched countless nations precisely by free and voluntary trade.

Oh definately. And we threaten to withdraw that trade as an act of co-ercion.
Sometimes it's justified and sometimes it's not.

>You have got to pull your head out of those websites run by leftover broken-down Marxists.

This is where you lose me. I don't see things from an Ayn point of view.
Her world wasn't real.
Mine is, and I'm not a Marxist.
