Time for the UN to get off it's ass.
The UN is sitting on 8 billion dollars from the oil for food program. They have 4500 bureaucrats administering the fund.
You'd think they'd have contingency plans in place long before the war started.
There should be boats load medical supplies waiting to be unloaded.
