If Saddam did some kind of mass movement of thousands of tons of materials I think we would have seen it. As we now know, we had a lot of intellegence assets on the ground. Those plus our remote surveillance assets, would be pretty hard to bypass.
If there had been a mass movement, then we would probably know exactly where the materials are.
