The article doesn't say if the legal action filed against the FBI was a factor in the cessation of harrassment.
If the FBI is smart, it won't continue to detain high-profile individuals and establish an easily-traceable pattern. That doesn't mean it has stopped harrassing people on a secret list somewhere with God-knows-what criteria.
Saying we're better than Castro is saying muddy socks are clean because they don't have manure on them. Better than horrible is not equal to good.
Do we want to be the land of the free, or the land of the better than Castro?
