It's a court, f'gosh-sakes! You want to blame it for the suits folks bring to it?

You even want to blame it for the suits people *don't* bring to it??? [ala "Why not an indictment of those Iraqi bigwigs who are now prisoners of the USA?"]

You want to indict them, prepare your own case, professor.
