Pinochet killed a few hundreds in his reign, saved the nation from communist tyranny, built up the economy and gave the nation over to a democratic system that supports the rule of law.
Castro took over a properous but troubled country, stole everything he could lay his hands on, killed many thousands, jailed tens of thousands, engaged in mercenary wars in Africa for the USSR, lobbied for WWIII during the Cuban missle crisis, trades narcotics, and is aparently going to die of old age leaving a country empty of wealth, liberty and maybe even the will to be free, but not one of the cs leftists who run to that phony baloney court in Belgium would even consider indicting or harrassing Fidel.
