Iraqi citizens are pressing the suit
Belgium has little to do with it, yet. The various groups of American knee-jerkers are severely overreacting. We should not threaten the Belgians -- this is sickening.
If you want to talk about the whackiness of Belgian law that permits such suits in their courts, that's another matter entirely. Bear in mind, though, that sometimes these Belgian courts work in our favor.
