Frankly, if Saddam had these weapons and we've haven't found them yet, that is something to be extremely impatient about.
If he had them, there are others that know about them - that have them now - and that can sell or use them.
Before the U.N. inspectors left, Saddam's motivation would have been to hide them so well they could be used. Now the motivation would be to sell or use them.
I am not encouraged that our intelligence is so poor we cannot find 500 tons of chemical weapons.
