I have no idea of what you are saying.
However, there is no blame. This is not Monday Morning Quaterbacking.
This happening now. France, and those nations whose leaders are choosing to support France, are making choices. Those choices continue to hold the Iraqi people hostage. That is unjustifiable under any type of ethics that is worthy of the name.
