and the partisanship of opinion differs with the individual.
From a political perspective, I believe that GWB has done as well as can be expected against terrorism and those that want to make political hay out of his efforts are barking up the wrong tree.
From a non-political perspective, I truly believe that the terrorist organizations have been severely wounded. The war will continue for the foreseeable future. Our success depends on continued attrition and focus on leadership and funding.
