Nero Wolfe on DVD!
At A & E.
While I have a VERY few nitpicks with the show (Archie just looks too scrawny, but his characterization is perfect, and Wolfe shouts too much,) this was a great series. Too bad they quit before they could finish off my whole shelf of Wolfe books. "The Black Mountain" would have been great, if expensive to film.
In my younger days I thought Raymond Burr would have made a great Wolfe. William Conrad was just too short (and bald), although the voice was good.
