My bad. Your URL contained extra equal signs ("?id=70884&browseCategoryId=1044") and I think that the filter interpreted them as new tag arguments (despite the quotes, which are supposed to accurately delimit the argument---arrrggh!).
Sorry about that. That may take some digging to fix. In the meantime, if your URL has that extra stuff after a "?", please post it in plain text instead of a link for now.
