I must be gay because I watched the TV movie about Martha. Not badly done. Clearly she's a masterful, driven entrepreneur and a horrible wife and mother. Not uncommon.
If she did do insider trading, which I think she did do, it's a minor offense compared to ENRON and WorldComm, and many many others where there was deliberate fraud by execs at the expense of the stockholders. Those guys should lose EVERYTHING financial and be in jail. If Martha is guilty, just punshment would be loss of her profits and a N times fine.
