Martha will and should lose everything if convicted. Unfortunatly, it is the stockholders of MSO who put their faith and credit in Martha who stand to lose the most.

I'm not sure if she deserves jail time or not...Taking her fortune away will probably hurt her more than enough: I would leave jail for the likes of Bernie Ebbers or the fools at ENRE who to this day believe in their own minds that they did nothing wrong and are still living a life of luxury while thier investors have lost $100's of billions.

To bad for Martha...They apparently were better at the game of CYA.
