What the UN wants, is not high on my priority list. Now, what censensus of a large number of goverments (which includes the US) can reach is fairly important. But what this group wants is not the same thing as whatever censenus it can produce. It's hard to fiqure out what a large somewhat diverse group of people want; but if you understand people, you know one thing, at least the majority want more power- they want more individual power and they want the organization they control to have more power.
