The TOC buttons are disappearing? Damn...Mozilla seems shaky that way, some people report stuff missing and others don't. Up above Ed wrote:

I don't get those problems fortunately.

I'm still trying to get a handle on how to make Mozilla behave and everybody's experiences are useful input.

Always brings the menu up for good. Thanks.
