The acronomy RTG wasn't successfully defined in my Google search, but I eventually ascertained that that's just another name for the nukes in space matter (with which I've been aware for years). Golly please forgive me for my "stupidity". And my sensitivity to the international community's concerns with Prometheus, and especially with the USA's self-generated liability restrictions for a technology that it claims isn't potentially harmful.

By the way, I do not pretend to be an engineer, although I have done a considerable amount of international intellectual property work, and I have a significant amount of experience with NASA. I'm merely an attorney who donates a ton of time to trying to enable our space program to reach its potential. It is my view that the problem is corruption and also some closed-mindedness, not a lack of funding.

Unlike you, I don't think the need to become a multiplanetary species is fodder for laughter. I lost friends in 9 / 11 / 01. If you had any true friends, perhaps you could appreciate how that feels.
