One way to make you feel old...
When Glo and I bought our first home, we became good friends with our neighbors Chris and Betty. They had two daughters, Sherisse (8) and Shawna (6). They were good kids.
Last Saturday night, we attended Sherisse's wedding. She's about 25, is a radiology tech, and married an Academy grad who just finished pilot training. It was a beautiful wedding at the Academy chapel.
Oh, Shawna married a cop 2 years ago.
Both are beautiful young women. Still, it isn't hard to still see them as 6 & 8 years old. Hard to believe that was 17 years ago.
