Update from the socialist paradise of North Korea
If nothing else, they have their population problem under control.
Naturally, the problem is those nasty crop failures and droughts that seem to have had a habit of selecting socialist nations out for special attention throughout the last fifty years. It couldn't have ANYTHING to do with the Marxist economic and political system.
