The Bad Weather Is the Fault of the Capitalists!
Evil capitalists have used weather modification as a weapon against North Korea. The amazing thing is that it is so specific that it causes famine in North Korea while South Korea prospers. There is a secret room in the basement of the Pentagon where the World's weather is controlled. The evil weather controllers constantly afflict the poor Communists around the World with famine. This is why North Korea needs nuclear weapons: to force the USA to stop the famine.
