There are children that die because their parents refuse medical care for them. How do you feel about that? I believe in intervention. The inability of oppressed people to throw off the yoke of a despot is not to be laid at their feet. Liberation of Iraq would have been a noble cause under any circumstances.

To be honest, I don't think the war was fought for Iraqi freedom but it was fought for very good reasons involving our long term security and the salvation of future Iraqi lives was a great dividend.

We cannot co-exist with the Islamic movement as it is today. If we succeed in creating a thriving secular state in the heart of the Islamic world we have a chance to change things.
