NP, Steve
Lots of people become armchair experts, suited to write well in fields their resumes may not indicate. I didn't think Dunnigan was a hack, not with that many books to his credit... and I really am interested in the opinions of people who served in SOG, etc., about The Perfect Soldier.
I like wargames, too - all the tough thinking, and nobody gets hurt.
