I notice a lot of answers here express concern about there being a deliberate deception. Like I have been trying to point out in a number of posts, if there was a deception, half the planet was in on it, unless you believe Bush is secretly in charge of the intelligence operations of every large nation on the planet. There is no logical way around that premise.
