I read it in my local paper, but couldn't find it on the net. Thought it would be online though. I'll get back to you in detail on your comments later, but the projection he sited was used by the Rpublicans to justify their tax cut so your projections are suspect comment has little relevance to fiscal responsibility. Fiscal planning requires projections.
