Not particularly interested in solids - they lack abort modes
My interest in solids extends to their lobbyists, particlularly when those gentlemen try to promote solids for manned use - they simply lack abort modes.
The original boosters for the shuttle were supposed to be pressure fed big dumb boosters - and if they had of been developed, not only would shuttle crews be safer, the US launch industry never NEVER NEVER would have lost market share to other nations -
