I also want to hear about all those Iraqis who were in America just waiting for Saddam to fall so they could go help rebuild Iraq. Where are those people and just what are they doing to help their country?

Iraqi exiles have been pouring into Iraq since the major hostilities ended. I think the current number is about 1,000, (best guess from old news) and includes people willing to fight as well as rebuild. Their main representative, the Iraqi National Congress, is not liked by many who opposed the war, and so you don't hear much about them. As you can imagine, Iraqis with western ideas about liberty and individual rights don't go over well with the fundamentalists either.
