Wow, what success? All anyone can see is that half of our troops are still there and they're fed up with the process.
Rebuilding is slow......no one wants to pitch in and the streets are turning mean.

Actually Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney are all masters of word games, using useless slogans that dispell real debate, innocuously said that dumbs down their audiences.
