Ditto with me on my Dad's PC. I had been getting the very same message. He's using Norton Firewall.
The fix was to go to "Personal Firewall", click the "Privacy Control", and disable it.
Privacy control is supposed to cover the transmission of data the user enters in the security section of the program, such as account numbers, addresses (snail and email), sir names and so on. Interesting that it outright kills posting at the Zone.
