Agreed, and what we did in Iraq, and the basis on which we did it, just wrote a blank check for China doing Whatever China Wants to do. We have basically set the bar for pre-emptive war so low, that a drunk midget on drugs could clear it without tripping over. Basically its: "whoever anyone says arbitrarily and without evidence is a threat"
