Redistribution
The "stated intents" of Marxism have not now and never have had anything to do with actual behavior. The fact is that all Marxist nations, with no exceptions, have been totalitarian dictatorships where a ruling class lives in relative luxury while most of the population wallows in rank poverty and oppression.
As far as "stated intent" vs. actions, the "constitutions" of some Marxist nations make for some entertaining reading.
