Actually, I'm sure any company or facility worth their salt has already installed complete signal blockers, blocking any bloc of signals licensed by the FCC and even ranges still unavailable in any sensitive facility and confiscates non-company phones and electronic devices.

Keeping people out of facilities that aren't supposed to be there is easy, it is the people you hire whom you have to watch out for. But a diligent security team can filter most potential abuses. Then you just have to have another way of monitoring the security team.

However, there are always folks trying to come up with ways of breaching secure facilities and will succeed if given enough time. So changing facilities and security protocols regularly is par for the course.
