re: a prediction (aka the McFly effect)

If President Bush truly and purposely lied to the American people, I would not vote for him in the next election. However, I have yet to see any evidence of any lies told by President Bush.

Based on what we have found, Saddam may not have had fully functioning WMD (Which remains to be seen), but he was working on developing them. He was also purposely lying to and hiding stuff from the UN. Before the war started, his actions or purposely hiding stuff (we caught him on satellite doing such) and his past history and led me to believe he either had WMD, or was developing them. President Bush didn’t need to convince me.

And now, after the war, we have scientist admitting Saddam told them to hide stuff. One scientist said he was supposed to hid his research and material from the UN. Another hid nuclear weapons development components in his backyard. Then we have those bio-weapons trucks (Sorry, I don’t buy the balloon factory bit. They might as well said they were book mobiles with that sorry excuse.)

Before the war, most of the free world thought Saddam had WMD or was working on developing them. After the war we have found evidence he was developing them. We have also confirmed 2 things Colin Powel claimed in one of his briefings- 1. the mobile bio labs, and 2. that Saddam was hiding stuff from the UN inspectors.
