Steiner came to ISDC last year and spoke about this - I didn't know he was still at it. He's obviously way off base on this, and it looks like the UN has told him no for now; on the other hand, it would be nice to designate a few of the Apollo landing areas as historical sites that we don't want the world to disturb.
