Death to Smoochy had the right idea, though the worst thing about B#@$%y is those fixed grin kids.
There are some OK flash/shockwave sites on the Net.
Bob the builder, Sesame Street, Thomas and (yes) teletubbies/BBC in general have quite a few learning type games which can at least be appreciated by a 3 year old, if not navigated.
I daresay B#@$%y has a website too, but I can never manage to find it when asked ;-)
