At least the "upper class garbage" has a fair chance of actually getting some warm (though blue blooded) bodies to Mars. NASA (Need Another Space Agency) has no chance whatsoever of ever getting any humans out of low earth orbit! I would rather see space colonized by upper class snobs than by nobody at all. If we leave it to NASA, we will never, never, never even get back to the Moon!
